Titan Mechanical called into the UEP/Chimney Works team to handle a complicated pool heater exhaust and intake installation in Washington, DC. Pool heaters are typically installed on the roof of mixed-use buildings as their venting allowances are very small. However, this pool heater was installed in the underground garage. Working together with Titan Mechanical and the pool heater supplier, UEP was able to find a routing for both the exhaust and the air intake. This route would allow for the proper functionality of the pool heater. To bring it all together, Chimney Works came in and installed the material to meet the manufacturer’s specifications.
