Strong Work Ethic: Mary Jane Holt
This recipient of the Strong Work Ethic award exemplifies a can-do attitude, is self-motivated, reliable and responsible. Mary Jane has certainly demonstrated these qualities in her time as UEP’s Office Manager for the past 3 years. Amongst her many responsibilities, Mary Jane assists the Sales and Estimating Departments with following up on Venting bids.
Exceptional Quality of Work: Charlie Heffner
Demonstrating an Exceptional Quality of Work means being detailed, professional and putting customer satisfaction first. As a Service Technician for UEP for the past 5 1/2 years, Charlie has provided unparalleled customer support by maintaining client heating systems and ensuring they work optimally.
Trusted Subject Matter Expert: Todd Strausburg
Todd has been a dedicated member of the UEP team for over 13 years. As a Senior Sales Engineer, he is the epitome of a subject matter expert when it comes to Venting Products. Todd specializes in system design and sales. As the recipient of our Trusted Subject Matter Expert award, Todd has a passion for this industry and is motivated to learn and grow, while also sharing his extensive knowledge with others.
Dependable Team Player: Erick Banke
A Dependable Team Player is someone that is trustworthy, respectful, open and honest in their work. For the past year, Erick has been working as an Estimator for UEP, cross training in both the venting and mechanical fields. He has been a great addition to the team and for demonstrating these values in his work.
